ORDINAN PERKAPALAN SAUDAGAR 1952

PADA menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberi oleh seksyen 6 (3) Ordinan Perkapalan Saudagar 1952, Menteri: (a) meminda butiran 85 Jadual Pertama Pemberitahuan Undang-undang No. 73 tahun 1953 dengan memotong dari ruang kedua perihal had kawasan pelabuhan Kuala Kemaman; dan (b) mengubah had kawasan pelabuhan itu dengan memasukkan dalam ruang kedua, yang berikut: “The area enclosed by the following imaginary lines: (A) From a point on the coast at Latitude 4° 16.4' N Longitude 103° 28.8′ E due East to (B) Latitude 4° 16.4′ N Longitude 103° 34.0′ E thence due South to (C) Latitude 4° 08.0′ N Longitude 103° 34.0′ E thence due West to the Coast and including the coast line and extending for a distance of two miles from the mouth of the river Kemaman and returning to position (A); including all piers, jetties, landing places, wharves, quays, docks and other similar works whether within or without the high water mark and any positions on the shore or bank within 50 yards of the high water mark subject to any rights of private property therein”.
